Paranje Poultry

Paranje Poultry is a mobile app designed to help poultry farm owners and operators monitor and manage their farms efficiently. The app covers the entire farming cycle — from egg production and feeding schedules to health monitoring and sales tracking. The goal was to create a system that enables farm owners to access real-time data and make informed decisions easily through a simple, intuitive mobile interface.

Managing a poultry farm involves complex data and continuous monitoring, including bird health, feed usage, production rates, and inventory. The challenge was to design a comprehensive yet user-friendly interface that could present multiple layers of information without overwhelming the user. It was also important to ensure the design worked well in rural or low-connectivity areas, where simplicity and performance are key.

he project started by identifying the key data flows — such as production tracking, feeding management, and sales reporting — to define the main app structure. A dashboard-driven layout was implemented to provide at-a-glance insights while allowing users to dive deeper into detailed views. The visual style focused on clarity, data readability, and accessibility, using color coding and icons to differentiate data categories. Prototypes were designed in Figma, emphasizing practical usability, minimal cognitive load, and clear information hierarchy for operational efficiency
