Overview
My Super Indo is a mobile application designed for one of Indonesia’s leading supermarket chains. The goal of this project was to merge two existing services — the loyalty program and the online shopping platform — into a single, seamless app experience. This integration aimed to provide users with a more convenient, unified, and rewarding shopping journey both online and in-store
Challenge
The main challenge was to combine two distinct user experiences — loyalty management and e-commerce — without overwhelming users. Each service had different user expectations and navigation flows, so maintaining clarity and usability was essential. Additionally, the design needed to reflect Super Indo’s friendly brand image while introducing a more modern, digital-first experience.
Approach
As the UI/UX Designer, I started by mapping out user journeys from both existing apps to identify overlaps and pain points. From there, I created a unified information architecture that prioritized ease of use and quick access to key features such as point tracking, personalized promotions, and online shopping. Visually, I developed a clean and vibrant interface inspired by Super Indo’s brand colors, ensuring consistency while introducing modern visual patterns. Interactive prototypes were created in Figma to validate the user flow and optimize usability through multiple iteration rounds.
